Includes warm up, mobility, standing and functional exercise, mat, active and passive flexibility, stretch and relaxation.

Quick HIIT / Circuits / Strength class is a short but affective workout aimed at improving muscular strength, endurance, cardio vascular health and fitness. Every class is different, using bodyweight movements and exercise equipment to keep the workouts fun and dynamic.
