Discover my classes

  • For everyone and every body, helping improve muscular balance and strength, flexibility, mobility and general wellbeing. Based on the wonderful teachings of Joseph Pilates but adding a functional and modern delivery.

  • A dynamic Pilates class using (optional) light dumbbells to increase resistance alongside our own body resistance to build strength, tone and sculpt muscles.

  • We use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells & battleropes alongside bodyweight movements to build strong muscles and improve tone and muscle power. A short but effective workout, scaleable to everyone.

  • SIT FIT Pilates is an inclusive pilates class to increase mobility, muscle strength and flexibility. The class is seated or standing assisted by a chair and great for anyone who struggles to get up and down from the floor or recovering from injury.

    Join us for a welcoming Pilates session for men of all fitness levels - followed by refreshments and the chance to connect and chat.

    We’re raising awareness around prostate cancer and men’s health, and supporting the incredible work of The Countess of Brecknock Hospice.

After 3 years of mat Pilates, I sought a class that matched my exercise level. A friend recommended Lauren's 'Sit Fit' class, which I initially thought would be easy. I was mistaken; the graded exercises are surprisingly challenging! Lauren encourages everyone to work at their level. Plus, the coffee and cake after class offer a nice opportunity to relax and chat. — Joyce
